Thankful

In addition to being thankful for my family, I am also thankful for:

• The marvel of our existence (Psalm 139:13-16)
• The grace and goodness of God  (Psalm 106.1)
• Our salvation (2 Cor. 9:15; 2 Thess. 2:13)
• Our deliverance from sin (Rom. 7:14-25)
• Our victor over death (1 Cor. 15:57)
• Our inheritance in Christ (Col. 1:12)
• The sovereignty of God in our lives (Isa. 25:1)
• The power influence of the gospel (2 Cor. 2:14)
• The privilege to minister (1 Tim. 1:12-14)
• Physical blessings (Matt. 15:36; Acts 27:35)
• Other believers (too many references to list)
• Our leaders (1 Tim. 2:1-2)

Oh, and for great pastors who know that preaching God’s Word is the most relevant thing there is for a pastor to do!
